The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast options could have been better as some items were just lukewarm or undercooked. Still, the warm welcome from Ms. Patel was a highlight for us.

The breakfast was complimentary with delicious cookies and pre cooked food, as for instance, the location was marvellous and unbeatable. Location: the hotel was near to many good restaurants, the mall and Tyler, tx. It was minute walk from Taqueria Juniors, where you can have dinner.

Rooms showed signs of wear, and cleanliness was hit or miss , impacting overall comfort levels.

Had a blast with friends ! We enjoyed the Waterpark at the Villages and the local dining spots. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Just a heads up, it's a basic setup, so keep that in mind if you're picky.

The check-in staff was cute and offered delicious freshly brewed coffee. The room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival, reminiscent of sweat, and the cleanliness left much to be desired, with sticky counters and questionable stains on the floor.
